Two Personalized Wedding Gifts
The final gift set combined one emotionally meaningful keepsake with one practical product that guests could continue using after the wedding.
Personalized Glass Christmas Ornament
Because the wedding was held close to Christmas, the couple wanted a gift that friends and family could later hang on their Christmas trees.
- Approximately 12 cm in size
- Developed from real photographs of the couple
- Customized with names, wedding date and decorative elements
- Presented in protective personalized gift packaging
Custom Canvas Tote Bag
The couple also wanted a practical favor that guests could use in everyday life. They did not have a finished design, so our team developed the complete artwork from their photos and ideas.
- Original artwork created by our design team
- Customized bride and groom illustration
- Names, wedding date and floral elements included
- Reusable and individually packed
From Personal Photos to Finished Samples
Both products required customized development before bulk production. The couple reviewed each important stage to make sure the final result matched their expectations.
Client Photos
The couple provided clear photographs, wedding information and their preferred visual direction.
Clay Sculpture
A clay model was created to confirm the couple’s facial features, hairstyles, clothing and pose.
Tote Bag Artwork
Our team created the illustration and layout because the client did not have a production-ready design.
Physical Samples
Physical samples were produced to review shape, colors, printing position and overall presentation.
Bulk Production
After final sample approval in May, the couple confirmed the bulk order in July.
Key Challenges and Our Solutions
Achieving a Close Likeness to the Couple
The emotional value of the ornament depended on whether the bride and groom figures genuinely resembled the couple.
We used a photo-to-sculpture development process and confirmed the clay model before producing the physical glass sample. Facial shape, hair, clothing and pose were reviewed step by step.
Meeting the Fixed Wedding Deadline
A wedding date cannot be postponed simply because production or international transportation takes longer than expected.
We worked backwards from the November wedding date, leaving sufficient time for design, sampling, production, sea transportation, customs clearance and final delivery.
Protective Packaging and DDP Delivery
As a first-time buyer from China, the client needed a straightforward delivery solution without having to manage customs or import procedures.
Glass Ornament Protection
Each fragile ornament was individually protected with bubble cushioning and placed inside personalized gift packaging.
Individual Tote Bag Packaging
Every canvas tote bag was packed in a clear OPP bag to keep it clean and ready for wedding distribution.
DDP Door-to-Door Service
We arranged international transportation, customs clearance, import-related charges and final delivery to the client’s address.
Final Result and Client Feedback
The bride and groom, as well as their wedding guests, loved both the personalized Christmas ornaments and the canvas tote bag designs.
